Statutory Declaration on onwards property
Hey all
Due to complete tomorrow.
All funds are with solicitors however there’s apparently a statutory declaration required in regards to the vendor’s onwards property holding things up.
Naturally, being given very little clarity by the solicitor and agent but they don’t see too stress and are working towards exchanging / completing tomorrow.
Should we be worried?

A statutory declaration about what?
If the other parties aren't worried about it, I presume they know it's in hand and that it just needs someone to sign the declaration.0 -
are you sure its not a waiver that allows for exchange but allows a delay eg if that fails your exchange can be cancelled allows all to get into order?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
