Child Trust fund / OneFamily

I'm hoping from some reassurance about accessing the Child Trust Fund.
My daughter is nearly 18 so we're expecting to hear from OneFamily about having it transferred to her but when I tried to log in to our account it wouldn't let me in. I called and confirmed my details, the woman I spoke to said nothing has changed and couldn't explain why I couldn't get in. She said she'd get hold of tech support and call me back. Nothing... and now I can't get through on the phone, tried several times and the call keeps getting cut off.
Has anyone else had problems or received the transfer recently?

I rarely log on to the CTF account, but it appears they have moved to a 2 factor authentication system for logging on.
The log on details we have are no longer valid and it mentions needing a mobile number to receive a code by text.0
