County Court Claim - Parking - No Lighting

This may be a silly question, but do these need to go on seperate lines? The Template has Section 3. to fill in what went wrong. Should i put the signage and the minster/branby issue in number 3. or put signage in 3. minster/branby in 4. and shift everything down a number.
Also, should i be saying that since minster baywatch are not the managers of the carpark as stated in the signs, that they can not pursue a claim? or is the "FACTS" section not for anything like that, should i just state that "The signage on the car park states Bransby Wilson Parking Solutions are the managers of the car park"

Have you searched for recent threads which specifically mention these two companies?
If you add anything to the template, just make sure that every paragraph is numbered sequentially.1 -
I am going to do some research and write up my defense tonight. Am i allowed to post it in here for anyone to take a look at?0

Post it up, but only the paragraphs you've added, and any amendments you've made to the other template paras (NOT recommended, as these have been carefully crafted, and unless you know what you're doing with them, you're likely to water them down than strengthen them).d1tzl said:I am going to do some research and write up my defense tonight. This is going to be a marathon, not a sprint, with any court hearing not likely to take place much before the spring of next year. Slow down, learn much. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thankyou for your advice. I will slow down 😂. What usually happens with these types of cases. Is it likely there will be an in person hearing where i will need to defend myself, or is it often settled on papers alone?Umkomaas said:

The former. If you agree to the case being settled on the papers, the advantage switches to the claimant (they have qualified legal reps writing their papers - a job they do every day of the week) and you will almost certainly lose, we have seen many such cases here. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Thankyou, I will need to ALOT of learning then. The majority of the defense template I do not understand, will I need to rely on this at the hearing?Umkomaas said:The former. Take your time. Read in small chunks. You can't eat an elephant in one mouthful. Things will start to sink in. No one would expect you to understand the defence (note correct UK spelling!) template on first read.d1tzl said:

No an appeal in this instance is against a judgment in court. Read a few other threads on the forum today and you will find it and be educated (and amazed)!1
