Unfortunately I sent a parcel via Evri.
The chat bot is useless and despite having a Barcode and also an incident number I've had no contact from them for 3 weeks despite emailing a number of times and contacting via the chat bot again.
Question: Does anyone have a contact number or an email to get a claim form for a lost parcel?
