Wilkinson Plus excellent customer service!

Evening everyone
I placed an order with Wilkinson Plus on the 14/12/07 for a Wii pack at £169.99 plus delivery. Delivery was due on the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no delivery, they blamed it on the courier and would investigate but in the meantime they would send out another and it was due to arrive yesterday but didn't.
I phoned and spoke to them last night at about 8pm. I was rather annoyed as it was now clear that i wouldn't get MY present for xmas but was VERY nice on the phone to the lady who was dealing with me. She promised to get in touch with the Couriers and would get back in touch today by 10am. At 9.40am i phoned (was due to go out at 10am) and spoke to the same woman who said that the courier hadn't replied to her email or phone calls and that she was very sorry but couldn't get me my order before xmas...... Oh Noooooooooooooo
DISASTER!
Until.... she told me that i should go else where for a Wii. Oh, but these cant be found easily and she said that i should get a Bundle deal (I suggested Toys R Us) and she goes online and says that they have them for £259 and that i should go through and purchase one from there. She then phoned me back and says that they cant meet the full cost but will refund me the original cost of the Wii and give me £50 extra. So got 3 games for an extra £30! Very pleased at the service.
Absolutely fantastic service! And no crying eyes from me on xmas day!!!
