Laminate flooring help/recommendations

Looking for some decent quality laminate flooring suitable for kitchens (it needs to withstand spills) I've visited a couple of shops but pricing seems to be all over the place. I've got a good idea of how much I need - are there any places where I can buy what I need online (presumably this would be cheaper than in-store) again any recommendations please?
I'm guessing 8mm should be sufficient as I'm not planning to do any bowling indoors.

Another LVT vote here. You can have wood effect too if that's the reason you'd be going for laminate.
LVT is warm underfoot too, unlike laminate which I've always found quite cold, and is waterproof so ideal in a kitchen.0 -
LVT needs very good floor prep. Not really a problem but depends what the existing floor is and how much h work you want to do.0

In the end I found Kronofloor 12mm boards for £288 off Travel Perkins and suitable for kitchen use! Most shops were in the £750 range for what I needed. Well pleased.
