Problems with Sky email

Hi I have Microsoft Edge as my browser and for the last week I haven't been able to access my Sky emails. It isn't a problem with Sky as they work on my phone.
I tried installing Google Chrome and the emails work on there but I haven't got my passwords or favourites.
So I want to either make my emails work on Edge or transfer my passwords and favourites on to Chrome? I have read and tried various fixes but nothing is working - can anyone help please?
