CHF to GBP

I hold shares with EquatePlus on the SIX Swiss Exchange in CHF.

Previously I got EquatePlus to sell the shares and transfer the payment in CHF to Fineco where I then converted to GBP.  Now Fineco are closing I am looking for the best alternative.

I have two options:

1) Sell shares with EquatePlus, and either get EquatePlus to convert CHF to GBP (1.85% FX fee) or get EquatePlus to transfer to another provider in CHF and then convert to GBP, what providers can receive CHF transfers and have good FX rates?

2) Transfer shares to another broker and then sell and convert currency with them
    a) AJ Bell (0.75% FX fee)
    b) Interactive Brokers (0.02% FX fee)

Any suggestions welcome, also interested in anyone that uses Interactive Brokers or has transferred shares from EquatePlus.

For the transfer part of option 1:
HSBC have various free currency accounts if you have an existing current account with them, but they are only suitable for either holding or paying foreign currency as the GBP conversion rates are utter pap.
You could transfer the CHF into an HSBC Swiss Franc currency account, then extract that into an HSBC Global Money Account (or pretty much anywhere else) for a much better GBP exchange rate

Revolut or Wise will also take the CHF and convert to GBP at a decent rate.
Never transferred shares into IB, but used them to buy/sell foreign shares and it is painless enough.

Revolut is limited to £1,000/month on the free plan so no good for my requirements.

Wise can hold CHF but I don't think they can receive CHF payments? (https://wise.com/help/articles/2897238/which-currencies-can-i-add-keep-and-receive-in-my-wise-account)
