Can't get my holiday security deposit back

Hi we went Glamping back in August and paid a £200 security deposit.  There were no breakages or disputes and we had a lovely time. But now we have returned we can't get it returned.  They aren't replying to our emails, voice messages or text messages.  What can we do?

Write them a Letter Before Action, giving them 30 days to either explain why they are keeping the deposit, or to pay it back to you, or start small claims court action. 

Send it snail mail and obtain Proof of Posting. 
That will likely have the desired effect.

You could attempt a chargeback but it can easily be reversed, so it's up to you if you want to do that first.
