In which case, please go back and re-read the Newbies/FAQ thread where you are advised to never, ever, engage with or talk to a debt collector. They have no "skin" in the contract you are alleged to have breached. They are engaged to purely bully the victim into paying.

No, it's the one given in the Call for Evidence.

Please email your evidence. Takes half an hour (unless you want to read it all more thoroughly, but up to you, as long as you get the gist).

Please be an important part of this consumer fightback effort.

The email doesn't have to be perfect, just from the heart and attaching evidence about the bullying behaviour, intimidating letters and extortionate fees they add.
