UC50 Form Quick Question

Hello, and just a quick question if I may.
I haven't as yet reached the stage of receiving and having to complete the UC50 form but I just have a question on the following section in the beginning of the form.
"If you need help filling in the questionnaire, you can:
ask a friend, relative, carer or support worker to help you
call Universal Credit on the number at the top of any letters we have sent you or Use your online journal, if you have one, to ask questions. Please do not go into your local Jobcentre Plus office.
In some cases, your answers can be written down for you. You can ask for your questionnaire to be sent to you by post to check."
Does this mean that you aren't supposed or allowed to ask the CAB or similar to help with this?
After having just had my first appointment at the JC this isn't imminent as I have to arrange fit notes first but I'm already stressing out over this.
Thanks guys.

CAB would count as a support worker. They provide support for UC claims, I think.Credit card 1700
Overdraft 210

You can most certainly get help from advice agencies.
The worst advice there is contacting UC for help, they won't know anything and may well give wrong advice!1 -

(ESA50 is the same as the UC50 form).
I'd suggest contacting your local advice agency asap, as the demand for their services exceeds their (volunteer based) resources, and be patient.
In the meantime familiarise yourself with the WCA criteria

and see if you have / can get supportive medical evidence.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.1 -
Thanks for the replies. In retrospect it was probably a stupid question but I have so much else going on.I'm totally stressed out and really can't think straight at all as well has now being scared witless with everything else.Undoubtedly I'll be back once I've been through the doctors but in the meantime thanks again for your help, appreciate it.0
