Morning all

Bright and sunny here and meant to get hot again later we are having a bbq for dinner so I hope it stays nice, I’ve got a bit of brisket which I will slow cook for a couple of hours and then Crisp up on the bbq, I will do some salads and some new potatoes which will be finished on the bbq.

Had my car serviced yesterday which was ok, they also investigated the clutch problem and found nothing but charged me £180 for investigation 😳 yesterday was an expensive day !  My courtesy car was an electric automatic one, it was really nice to drive and something I would consider buying in the future.

WM is on and doing its thing the washing can be hung out later, housework to do and I need to nip to the shops.

Still the packing goes on..... how did we get so much stuff!!
Lovely neighbour just popped a card to us for our move, I will miss her
DH going in to feed DMIL shortly so I will carry on packing, going to deep clean oven overnight ready for the new owners
Izzy glad you had a lovely holiday and good weather
Snoozer hope you enjoy your break to Jersey, somewhere I would love to visit
Carol how is the house hunting going?
