    I don't understand your question.

Suggest you wait until your thread is on the Parking Board where someone a bit brighter than me can work out what you are trying to say.

This thread is now on the Parking Board.
Unfortunately, when MSE move threads, they don't bother to add a comment saying that.
This means that when threads get moved they get slotted into the index list at a point where the date of the last post was made.
This means that on a fast moving board like the Parking Board, this thread was positioned on the second or third page and appears to have been overlooked.

I have made this post simply to bump the thread back in to view.    :)

@Nick_Mann78, you need to respond to the questions by @KeithP. Hopefully, by adding your username to the post, you will get an alert that will help you to find this thread.

Whilst filing your AoS before they have a chance to get a default judgment and filing your defence before the deadline if you did file your AoS before a default CCJ is the most important thing you need to do because ignoring it for so long left you exposed to succumbing to the scammers.

Which PPC? What location? What do the PoC on your claim form state? We need to know exactly so if you could show a picture of the claim form with just your personal data, claim number and MCOL password redacted, it would help.

With a Claim Issue Date of 17th August, and having satisfactorily filed an Acknowledgment of Service, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 19th September 2023 to file your Defence.

    That's tomorrow.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Please stop reading really old stuff.  That Appendix was from well over a year ago.

The Template Defence doesn't attach anything.  Please show us your planned paras 2 & 3 in the morning for checking/advice BEFORE you sign & date & email it.

Despite encouragement, it looks like @Nick_Mann78 is heading towards a Default Judgment.
  • Hi sorry i lost this thread and have just found it again.

So i filed my defence with the help of these forums and now i have got the copy of form Directions Questionnaire from DCB LEGEAL...They basically want to do the small claims track...now i have not received my DQ FORM yet thru the post from the court?
