Is it possible you are paying someone elses debt off?
£45 over 12 days though - assuming your standing charge is 50p times 12, and deduct the 47p, thats £38.53 worth of units, to be fair it doesnt sound an extravagant amount. What was the balance on the 13th BEFORE it was topped up by another twenty quid?0 -
Can you go back in time till when you moved in (when was that ?). Did you then ring SSE to open your account - and get the previous tenants closed - and get your own key ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
