Hello,
I received a letter through the post yesterday advising me to pay a PCN notice. The fine states that I was parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours. I was not given physical ticket by the warden as I was returning to my car, I advised I was leaving and he said OK. There was no printed ticket on my windscreen or in the wardens hand. However when I was driving off he started to take pictures and now I have received this letter. Where do I stand with this? Thanks.

Is this a council issued Penalty Charge Notice or an unregulated private parking company Parking Charge Notice?1

This is a council issued PCN notice. No physical ticket was given or printed and neither was any attempt made to put it on thw windscreen.0

You are better off posting this on the Pepipoo forums where they deal with authority issued Penalty Notices. We deal with Parking Charge Notices issued by unregulated private parking companies.1
