Afternoon all and thanks for the start nmlc x

I'm WFH and home alone today save for DS1s pup who we have for the next 10 days as they are visiting DIL2B's Dad in the US. He is such good company  (the pup not DIL2B's Dad!)

Boss is on a visit today so very quiet. I have a project to keep me busy, thank the lord. Meeting a friend for coffee tomorrow morning and DH and I plan a trip to the garden centre too as there is a craft fayre on. Trying to get ahead for the C word. I also need a new swimsuit as we are off to Majorca for a long weekend in October. May have to factor in a shopping mall visit on Sunday. I rarely shop but have birthday vouchers to use up.

DD is querying her result @camelot1001 but not sure anyone will pick it up just yet as tutors are still on hols. She's done 4 days at the school job and applied for an NHS job, so she's doing okay. Still waiting on her emergency meds..... 

Good to see you posting @mehefin but sorry to hear about MrsM's job and the loss of the site which holds many memories. I have no such sentiment towards my current employer!

Been to the dentist this morning - he was running late - need 4 small fillings - can't get them done until end of October - they may be big ones by then.
