Praise For My Evri Courier !

I receive quite a lot of parcels !
Delivered to a 60-40 RM-Evri split.
RM are good when they're working (erratic service) but Evri are better.

The courier that works this region is a guy called [deleted by Forum team].

What i particularly appreciate is the updates to his schedule, if he's running ahead i get an update advising of the new timeframe aswell as running late, i'm a stickler for punctuality and organisation and this particular point is important to me.

If i had to choose a negative it would be that sometimes there's no knock at the door, the parcel's left and i don't know it's there - maybe someone else is helping him re the legwork !

Overall though, this guy deserves a place, here, on the 'Praise' platform 😊😁👍

The thing with Evri is, all the couriers are self-employed.  Many of them (I'm sure the vast majority) care about their customers and want to do a good job, but some just don't give two hoots.

Our regular guy is a diamond, always on time, friendly, efficient, much like yours.  When he was on holiday a few months ago his replacement was awful - there were dozens of posts on our local Facebook group about non-delivery, parcels not being there despite a confirmation that it had been delivered, even suspicions that he was being followed by an accomplice who was stealing parcels moments after he'd left them on the doorstep (which our regular guy never does unless explicitly instructed).

My son works for Evri, and I'm pleased to say he's one of the more diligent ones.  Every Christmas he gets loads of tips - cash, choccies, wine, even quite a good haul of very nice single malt Scotch.  So his customers obviously appreciate him

Yes, i'm aware of the facts, i've been blowing that trumpet for a couple of years.
Removing the guys name, by the moderators, was un-necessary - the thread is to praise an individual person.

Dispatched Friday to Evri

Just been delivered today, Saturday.

Can't fault that.
