Hi all, we received a survey for a house we are close to exchanging contracts on. It is an old semi detached freehold and seems to be priced below market. @warwick2001 thank you so much - this was extremely helpful and I appreciate the time and thought you put into each of the points.

The seller isn't budging on the price and we're likely going to go ahead and purchase the house as we're hopeful my husband can do most of the work and that the more costly pieces are not as urgent as the survey makes them out to be.
