Basic internet guide for 70yr olds

Parents have just bought their first computer, their over 70 yrs old and never been on computer before, disability makes it difficult for them to go to computer lessons.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a good web based step by step guide to using internet, and i mean basic stuff, spent ages showing them how to send emails. Or can anybody recommend easy to understand book. Using internet is all they want to do with computer really.
