British Gas Accounts Closed

Hi guys,

Looking for some advice.

On my Clearscore account my BG Gas and Electric accounts have been marked as closed and the App also says I'm not an account holder.

I've recently been migrated to the new system and have been able to view my accounts on the new website. I'm hoping that the migration has led to the accounts being closed and then reopened? Will this show up on my credit report soon? Hesitant to contact them incase they actually close my account or something.

Just wondering if anyone has had similar?
