County Court Judgement was Entered

Hi guys,
I've been using the forums for awhile now to try and assist with my parking fine that I have no knowledge about. I didn't receive any letter regarding this, just a County Court Judgement telling me I have 14 days to dispute it. I read online, and emailed them asking for proof of the claim from the claimant "One Parking Solution Ltd" (templated from this site) and they replied back saying the following -
"We can’t comment on the validity of a claim. It was issued by the claimant online and automatically served on you.
I totally forgot to reply back to this, and received another letter today from "QDR Solicitors" saying I now owe £277 and to pay or else further enforcement action will be taken.
Just curious as to where I stand now, should I just pay the ticket?

If you are having some technical issues submitting your response to the claim online, you can also file this with us via email.
Please see attached the different response forms, you may want to choose which one is most appropriate for you.
Filing an Acknowledgment of Service will provide you with an extra 14 days to file your response with us from the date of issue.

If you don’t respond to the claim, the claimant will be able to enter judgment."I totally forgot to reply back to this, and received another letter today from "QDR Solicitors" saying I now owe £277 and to pay or else further enforcement action will be taken.

By when was the judgment to be paid? Await further advice before reaching for your chequebook. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I've got 30 days from the 08/09/2023 though I only received the letter today. Or they will issue the following -Umkomaas said:By when was the judgment to be paid? Await further advice before reaching for your chequebook.- Issuing an Altachment of Earnings application. If this order is granted it instructs your employer to deduct money from your wages to pay back your debt.
- Issuing a Charging Order application (if you own your own home. If this order is granted the total debt including costs is secured against your home or other property you own
- Issuing a Warrant of Control application. If this order is granted the court permits the use of Bailiffs in the recovery of the total debt outstanding plus costs.

You should pay the amount demanded within the 30 day deadline if you don't want a CCJ entered against you. Paying it within the timescales given will prevent it from being registered and it will be wiped as if it never existed.
If you don't pay, or do not pay the full amount within the 30 day deadline, the judgment will be entered against you. There is no advantage in paying it after 30 days, nor in setting up a payment plan.
Once you have dealt with that you can decide if you have grounds for a set aside. Having effectively ignored the original claim will make this more difficult but not impossible.

You are going to have to pay in full immediately.
You'd have paid nothing if you'd come here and just used our Template Defence and won the case. Sadly it is too late now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
