Exoticca travel help

Hi, I've been looking at Exoticca holidays I just wondered if anyone on here has used them before and has any reviews of them and there package holidays please?

Be VERY careful trying to book with this Travel company, Exoticca.You will see many reports on Facebook about their extremely poor customer service, in particular:

- They will offer holiday packages on the phone, and take your money based on their verbally-stated terms, then...

- claim that some terms have changed and then offer you inferior parts of the package but still charge you the original amount.

- This has happened to a number of customers, including me; in my case, the flights offered and guaranteed a long time ahead of holiday dates were not confirmed as per the contract i.e. 60 days prior, then summarily cancelled 2 weeks before departure and inferior ones offered. 

- E-mails sent to their Customer Services dept. go un-acknowledged and un-answered; even though they confirm reseipt on the phone.

- Be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes on the phone before anyone picks up.

- Other customers have reported that Exoticca refused to refund payment for holidays when THEY cancelled the holiday !!

Caveat Emptor !!
