Problem with My Printer

For some reason my printer has stopped printing wirelesly I have to connect it to the laptop with a USB cable which is a nuisance as sometimes I use the laptop on the kitchen table which I cannot do wired.also when I go into what I want to print and click on Find Printer I get this message
The Active Directory Domain Sevice is currently unavailable and have no idea what that means and what needs to be done.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What windows version are you using?
How are you connecting wirelessly? Through your home network/router or via WiFi direct?
If router have you tried power cycling it?
