Hello all, after some advice as I am stumped what to do here. I’ve just started to read the forum posts regarding VCS & see there is a lot of great advice so I’ll be reading through that as I plan to appeal the fines..I have already submitted my appeal under medical emergency.. I’ll explain more below.

I received 2 difference Charge Notices for stopping where I wasn’t meant to. This happened on 29/08/23. Both CNs are separated by only 5 minutes.. and I think I moved about 10 yards down the road & somehow managed to get 2 CNs. I am from
the area and didn’t know I couldn’t stop where I stopped. I was picking my disabled parents up but I had been suffering from illness them few days and I pulled over as I felt like I was going to be sick. I pulled over on a no stopping zone to speak to a police officer and ask him about a toilet who told me it was in the airport. I ended up vomiting a little at the side of the road.

I then picked up my parents and left. I was there total about 7 minutes but stopped to speak to a police officer.

Frankly I’m terrified as I am applying for a mortgage in the next 6/12 months and a CCJ is the last thing I need. But for now, what sort of defence do I have to beat these shower of crooks! Thank you in advance.

Irrational. You can't get one of those unless you seriously foul up by not following this forum's advice and/or not responding to a court claim, or ignoring a judge's cost order in due time.  Get that out of your head, and do some research on the circumstances under which a CCJ can affect you financially - the internet is awash with sound advice and guidance.
But for now, what sort of defence do I have to beat these shower of crooks!
You don't need one of those unless/until VCS file a court claim. Meantime, just use the blue text template initial appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post - it won't succeed - so you then see where this progresses beyond. Don't bother with the IAS second stage appeal - totally biased towards their PPC membership, you have no chance there.  If it comes to it, let a judge decide.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Complain to the Airport. They can cancel these.  Not only were you ill but they issued two PCNs.

    Outrageous "extortion" (DLUHC's word, 2022).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
