Claim dismissed, costs awarded. Thought not initially awarded, I had to argue my point of unreasonable conduct from the claimant dismissing my appeal and ignoring other correspondence. I was denied time costs for research & prep as litigant in person, but was awarded loss of earnings for leave, car use per mile as well as stationery, consumables, postage etc.
