Another robo offering in a crowded and unprofitable area in the hope that theirs will be the one that breaks through.
At 0.59% p.a. its in the ballpark of other robos but still not as cost effective at the main retail end (which is circa 0.25%-0.35% range) However, as many robo investors are small fry, that is to be expected.
In a way, blackrock are the real winners here as they provide the funds for so many of the robos. They will probably be able to buy all the failed ones on the cheap and collectively turn it into a profitable offering.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
