OPS couldn't file a claim without a roboclaim 'legal' firm's help in a million years, in my experience = laughable ex-clampers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes and if you get a claim defend this solely on no keeper liability . The defence simply needs to go the heart of the matter.
If the time comes find relevant case law etc etc.
I would not use the template defence for this case (if its ever needed)2 -
If you want to complain to the landowner, his name can be found in this newspaper article:Half_way said:Landowner complaint, breach of GDPR by their agents for whose actions they, the landowner are jointly liable for?

Your approach is up to you, but it will be less time consuming if they can be convinced to abandon now, than it will be to defend a claim form.
I'd have one last go, restating the service address, making clear that the duty is discharged (referring to the rules etc) and that you reserve the right to refer the letter to the court and claim costs if proceedings are incorrectly issued in your name as keeper.4 -
This sounds a "job" for Mr Yamba and his team.1

In addition Johnresh don't forget to get the landowner involved as wellFrom the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"2 -
Please could you post your PCN, both sides, here? We are missing a 2023 OPS one:thisisaPPCsworld said:Thanks for the replies.
I'll leave it and see what they do. I was sure I was not in the wrong about this.
