Repainting soffits paint / primer recommendations

I have about 10-15 meters of soffits requiring remediation and repair. Any recommendation on what primer / paint to go for ( and ideally where to get it cheaply!)?

I'd use Zinsser Allcoat. I can't see it for less than the £20.10 here: Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Water Based Paint Satin White - 1 Litre : Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools - although the free delivery from that seller will take a few days.
You can also order from Zinsser AllCoat (Water Based) Exterior Satin Paint – Next Day Paint for £17.99 a litre, plus £3.99 delivery so £21.98 to get it tomorrow if ordered before 3pm.1 -

Thanks, it's water based though. Would I be better off with a long lasting acrylic paint?

I'm not sure exactly how the Allcoat is formulated, but acrylic paints are water-based.
As to longevity, Allcoat is pretty good. On soffits, where the paintwork is protected from direct sunshine and out of the rain, I would expect Allcoat to achieve its guide 8 year life and then some.
Possibly a few paints like Sadolin Superdec (which claims 10 years) or Jotun Demidekk Ultimate (12 years) might outlast Allcoat, but TBH I'd bet on the Zinsser product - applied in several coats to well prepared, sound soffits - lasting 10-15 years anyway, and it's a fair bit easier to find.0
