It is likely to be several if not more months before this would ever get to a hearing so you can block off any dates before the move and put Southampton as your preferred court.1

I've sent the DQ as you set out above and received the classic "no longer a valid email address" message from BWLegal. Do I need to do anything else?0
-
DEFINITELY PUT SOUTHAMPTON and explain why! Southampton are a good court v PPCs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep, I've requested Southampton @Coupon-mad. I've seen some other comments in the forum saying good things about Southampton. Do I need to do anything about the BWLegal "no longer a valid email address" rubbish?

I sent the email to the CNBC and copied in enquiries@bwlegal as instructed earlier in the thread. What should I do now? I don't want to spam the DQ team with another identical email, but equally I want to make sure the Claimant has been served with N180 in the eyes of the court.0

Unless the whole email is rejected back to you with the error codes, it has in fact been received by them. All you have received is an auto-response which is attempting to frustrate your service of documents.
SAR@bwlegal.co.uk is a valid email address at BW Legal. It is on their privacy policy and therefore is an email address that will be read by a human. Simply put in the email itself that it contains an attached document that must be forwarded to the appropriate person/department and that they must consider themselves as having been served.

I find it incredibly frustrating that they can get away with trying to force you to use their portal, which is so obviously there to make it harder for you to track your communications with them. They can lie through their teeth about security and customer convenience until the cows come home but it's so blatantly obvious they're just trying to frustrate formal communication as you say. I'll resend the form to them at both the SAR email you provide and the complaints email mentioned by Coupon-mad. Should I include the DQ team in the same email or just BW?2
-
Yes. In your email, address it to both the dq.cnbc and the all the BW Legal email addresses you can find. CC in yourself. The content of the email itself should be aimed at any human at BW Legal that opens the email. If a human at BW Legal has opened the email, it has been served on the firm.
Any auto-response from BW Legal that does not include the original email, attachment and an error code that indicates why the email was not "received", does not mean that the email was not received.1 -
OK, sorry for the endless questions, just wanted to make sure I got it right. I've emailed again with the same text and attachment, this time to every BW email address I can find. No way out for them this time1
