Unfortunately, my appeal was unsuccessful. I was actually surprised as other similar cases posted here were successfully upheld.
I suppose I now have to sit tight for the 6 months to pass, ignoring anything that comes my way. Is that correct?0 -
Ignore debt collector letters but if you receive a letter before/of claim you need to react to that.2
