Export Guarantee Set Up EDF
I've just had a small solar installed and trying to satisfy EDF with reading details. The meter is Smart SMETS 2 Sept 2021.
EDF have all the meter details - why do they need a photo of the reading ?

Has your SMETS2 meter got an Export MPAN allocated to it? If so, the supplier will normally use the export reading from the day it received the Export MPAN to start your SEG payments.Robin9 said:I've just had a small solar installed and trying to satisfy EDF with reading details. I think my application is the start of the process - I've not been given an Export MPANNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
