    That's great!

    Please post it in POPLA DECISIONS (top of the forum) with a link to this thread and state that Initial Parking do not have up to date landowner authority at Fistral Beach.

     We need to remember this.

  • How did the appeal go?  I have just been fined Fistral Beach, sent my appeal to Initial parking before researching. it was turned down.  Trying to decide whether to appeal to POPLA now?

    @Tabora95, welcome to the forum.

    The answer to your question - how did the appeal go? - is on this thread for all to see, just two posts before yours.
  • Hello,

    I have been caught out with this now. I pulled into car park, didn't find anywhere to park. I have had a letter from the debt recovery people, no other letters, grr. We panicked when we got the letter and called them offering to pay by installments. the payment bounced in my account, then I googled them and found this forum.
    Do you think I could still appeal after offering to pay? Where do I find the appeal template letter?

    thanks in advance Paul

    You certainly don't ring a scammer offering to pay in instalments. Just ignore them.
