Lidl Parking Ticket

I parked my car at Lidls car park at 14.26 went to pick up my father in law in Lidls with the shopping at 14.28 we came out and the parking ticket on my windscreeen. Put on at 14.27?
Granted my right passengers wheel was on the line but there was 2 metal barriers at the back and i didnt want to hit them. any hel would be appreciated

Get yourself back into Lidls (for your last ever visit) and tell the manager that if they do not have this ludicrous parking ticket cancelled, it will indeed be your last ever visit and if they want to continue to be a supermarket of choice for you and your friends and family, they better reign in their parking monster! This is Plan A in the NEWBIE sticky which was pointed out above by @B789.1
