CCTV cameras recommendation - Not Wi-fi

Hi there,
We installed some CCTV cameras a few months back, however, we had to flee/abandon/evacuate our home (which was through a mortgage) due to the criminal activity of a neighbour.
We have managed to buy another property (thankfully we didn't need to sell in order to buy), however, we are in the process of getting the other house ready to sell, but the neighbour is continuing to be unpleasant (putting it mildy) unfortunately because we have moved out, the internet has been switched off, which means the CCTV cameras don't work, so wondered if anyone had any recommendations for CCTV cameras that don't require an internet connection.
Many thanks

Do you mean something like this?
GENBOLT 3G/4G LTE Security Camera Outdoor No WiFi, Wireless IP Surveillance Camera with Humanoid Detection, Auto Tracking Cruise CCTV Camera with Sim Card, Floodlight Color Night Vision [DC&PoE]: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo
You can also get ones with just an SD card but you'd have to go back and forth.
You may also get ones that are solar powered so totally free from mains and wifi requirement0 -
Is a mobile hub hotspot an option?0

Normally in that situation you would use wired camera’s that feed to a separate DVR (digital video recorder) elsewhere in the property so that the cameras cannot just be removed with the footage.
Something like this kit: https://www.screwfix.com/p/swann-enforcer-swdvk-446802mqb-eu-1tb-hddgb-4-channel-1080p-dvr-cctv-kit-2-indoor-outdoor-cameras/754pv
Swann seem to have a reasonable reputation and I have used to like the Samsung unit we had at work but that was more expensive.
As others have said depending on what kit you already have, a mobile hotspot might also be a option.0 -
Just put a 4g or 5g hub in there with a monthly sim deal0

Thank you for the recommendations.
A mobile hotspot is not an option as we aren't going to be in the property nor will our phones. Apologies if I've misunderstood how it works.
As for a 4G or 5G hub they seem to be very expensive and although I know you can't put a price on piece of mind, we have spent a fortune on air bnb's and other measures as it was and still isn't safe for us to be at the property. Police are involved, however, not much is being done in terms of safeguarding us.0 -
A data dongle should cost around £10-12 per month on a 2 year contract. it's a little box that connects to mains power, they have battery too but will only last a few days, and a sim card inside that connects to the network and broadcasts WiFi0
