Three Mobile Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 - can't hear numbers

I have bought the above phone via above network there is a huge issue when I ring banks and try to pass through security. They don't seem to hear me saying numbers or are able to register numbers I enter on the dial pad. Also when I talk to HMRC on the phone all is well until I need to spell out some numbers to them and then they keep saying the line is breaking. Samsung helpline were of no help.

Can you try with another 'phone and see if it is the phone or them?I don't know the answer but-I had trouble with HSBC and my EE mobile, every time I rang them it connected, then hung up immediately.I turned off wifi calling and the same thing happened. I tried a dozen times, then gave up and used a landline, which worked immediately.I just hope I never have to ring them again as I have got rid of my landline now I've gone to BT as my interweb provider.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
