I yesterday redeemed 2500 points for an Amazon voucher, I got an email with a code and clicked redeem on entering code it said no value at the bottom and was unable to proceed to shop.
I have emailed mailagents twice but have ha no replies.
Any ideas what to do now?

    Have you tried going straight to the Cadooz site and putting it in there? Took me a little while to work it out with my first code that I had from them.
    Otherwise it’s waiting for Mailagents to reply, and they have got a bit of a backlog at the moment, so it’s taking a couple of weeks for them to get back sometimes.
