Which camping gas stove to buy? Mainly to know which will be best for which canisters?

There are a few 2 burners like this https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/camping-stove-100s-kit-with-regulator-and-hose/_/R-p-X8626993?mc=8626993
However I am not sure what is best canister to use. I read that ones that take calor gas would be best up until just recently however since calor gas have discontinued the small bottles.
I want a smallish one as I want to use inside my van #vanlife.
Can anyone help demistify and tell me if this would be ok for any canister? I read that you just have to buy and change regulators. Would that mean I just have to buy another regulator for this one?
Flogas seems to be the canister of choice on the cursory research I did yesterday if one wants an alternative to campingaz. The latter seems fine however I also watched a video there was a rumour that might be discontinued sometime in the near future too.

Before going all out and buying burners and gas bottles I'd start with one of these. There are lots of makes, some cheaper than others.

And the CP250 gas canisters are available just about everywhere - B&M, Home Bargains, garden centres - as they are used in loads of different things, I use them in a weed burner and blowtorch.daveyjp said:Before going all out and buying burners and gas bottles I'd start with one of these.
