EVRi tracking says sold item delivered to Argos but buyer has not received it yet

I sold an item just over a week ago and the item was posted with EVRi, to an Argos store, arriving on 2nd Sept.

The buyer has messaged me to say the item has not been received.

What do I do next please .. obviously I have passed the tracking number to the buyer and suggested they contact the Argos store directly

I have just checked the order and no phone number was given by the buyer, so this was not added to the order with EVRi.

How long does thew store keep it, before I assume they return it to me.
