I've received a charge from G24 - staying for 131 minutes at a Costa Coffee car park on a retail estate when the maximum is 120 minutes.
I have done the following:
1) Complained to Costa Coffee - I can only imagine they are going to say, it's nothing to do with us. Why is the advice so commonly given to complaint the land owner or retailer - I can't imagine any of these big chains will do anything about this? Hopefully I am wrong.
2) I have appealed online using the blue phrasing above
3) I sent an email the local MP although the auto reply says it can take up to 2 weeks for a reply
