I have received a claim from Parking Eye dated in July 2019 regarding a retail park, I genuinely do not recall the ticket and whom was driving back then.
After looking online the car park has lots of old business that have now changed so unsure which place I had visited.
Im unsure what defence to use as I cant remember anything about the parking breach.
The issue date is 14th of August with a total amount of around £280, I have filed an AOS.
Please see the particulars of the claim below, any advice would be much appreciated

Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?

That's over a week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.0 -
Thank you for letting me know, I needed some advice for what to write in my defence as I cannot recall the ticket from 2019 and unsure about the details of the parking breach.
Is it acceptable to say you just have no recollection of the ticket?
Apologies if that is a foolish question0 -
Why not just read other threads like yours? Almost all cases are like this. We have hundreds using the words:
