Experiencing Issues with My Barclaycard - Need Help!

he issue I'm encountering is related to making online payments. It seems that whenever I try to make a payment through the Barclaycard website, the transaction gets stuck, and I receive an error message. I've double-checked all the payment details, and I have sufficient funds in my bank account, so that's not the problem.

as a work around you could set up a faster payment from your current account using your 16 digit long number as the reference

For phone or online banking payments:
- Our sort code: 20-04-15
- Our account number: 38290008
Please use your Barclaycard number as the payment reference.

I had this the other day trying to pay via the BC app on my iphone with Kroo Debit Card, gave up in the end and made a BACS faster payment.
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

I was having a lot of trouble with the Bcard site a couple of years back and after a number of calls to sort it out some bright spark asked if I was using Chrome or Edge. I've double-checked all the payment details....Do you mean a debit card payment and debit card details?Few days ago I used my Halifax debit card to make a payment to my Barclaycard without any problems. Windows PC and Firefox browser.Make sure pop-ups are allowed should a confirmation is needed for your debit card provider.
