18185 Not Working?

I tried using 18185 this morning and both the 18185 number and the 0808 number appear to be dead. I used both my landline and mobile with the same result.

Does anybody know if it's now defunct?

If so, any recommendations for an alternative? Primary use will be on PAYG mobile phones to make occasional UK calls, so something with a freephone access number.

[Edited to add - hadn't seen them before but there looks to be 18866 and 1899 which appear to be the same company. Anyone use either of these?]

Just used 18185 to phone my wife's mobile -working fine for me.

Thanks for confirming Dave. I set up 1899 yesterday but just tried 18185 after reading your post and it's working for me today. Must've just been a blip.
