Reclaim toll fees italy

Journey should have cost 4.60€ I was charged 80€. We believe this is because the ticket was blank.

Does anyone know how I can  reclaim this money?

You are going to have to be more specific and give details methinks before more knowledgeable members can respond.

Could it have been user input error at some type of automatic toll charge machine perhaps ?

Can you identify the toll company and/or autostrada section? Payment card?
