Aqualisa Bath Control - Not working

Hi,
I went back to my rental property after a few years as the tenant has moved out and while checking everything, found that the bath wouldn't work.
I have two panels, one for the bath in the image below and the standard shower control.
I checked the water and power was on in the property and that was all on, the isolation switches for the bath & shower were off so I turned them on, the shower started to light up and was able to run but the bath still wouldn't work.
Is it possible I need to reset it somehow or how could I check if it's working etc?
Thanks

I find that turning the circuit at the consumer unit off and back on helps to reset our Aqualisa units after a power cut. Doesn't always reset properly using the local isolator.
Aqualisa's service team are excellent at sending out engineers to fix any problems, but it's not cheap. They used to do a fixed fee repair, which was really good considering the extortionate price of their parts, but I haven't had to have anything fixed for a couple of years1 -
Thanks for the reply and that's not a bad shout turning all the power off and trying it. I'm up there tomorrow so I'll give it a try.ComicGeek said:I find that turning the circuit at the consumer unit off and back on helps to reset our Aqualisa units after a power cut. Good piece of kit but like you say, pricey when it goes wrong!
