Time period to await result of PIP award review?

Hi. Had a PIP award review / face to face assessment last week. Seemed to go OK as nothing has altered since my origoinal review. 

Eveyting in the PIP world always seems to go slow or be delayed. Does anybody know approx how long it is typivally taking for existing PIP claimants to hear back re a decision post a face to fac review assessment?

Between 2-12 weeks after the report is returned to DWP.

You can ask for a copy of the assessment report so you know what the decision is likely to be.  (Although for me a few years ago the decision arrived before the report anyway!)

Can I ask how long you had to wait for an assessment after you returned your PIP review form? I’ve been waiting since January and every two months I get a text from DWP saying it’s still in progress! But no date for an assessment yet ……
