Driveway Parking Question

Hi all,
I live on a new development, on a piece of land that doesn't fall under the jurisdiction of the Property Management company.
Its a small close with a house either side of the entrance, then 2 more detached houses and a coach house flat.
The coach house flat is on top of 3 garages, which are theirs, mine and one of my other neighbours - the remaining two properties have garages attached.
For the 3 garages there are clearly 3 car parking spaces, but the owner of the coachhouse insists that because his front door forms part of his garage front, if gives him an extra 1/2 car width, that he can park 2 cars on his space.
Technically they fit, but in doing so it means that we cannot open the doors for our car when parked on the driveway. This all started when his partner began using the turning circle directly outside our front window as her personal space.
My wife is disabled (not physically) and not being able to get full access to the car on both sides, as well as our inability to now directly swing in and out of the space is causing her extreme stress. They have temporarily stopped doubling up on the driveway, with the understanding that they should park on the road outside, but if stopping for short visits then using the turning circle is fine. However, its been on the increase again and she comes home at 5pm, and usually leaves it there all day if shes working from home.
Management company have been able to do nothing other than send a letter out advising against parking in the turning circle, but I've asked them to hold off on that because I fear it will just make them go back to double parking and making our access difficult.
Any advice, help, laws etc, would be extremely welcomed.

I'm not sure what a management company letter will achieve...
Fundamentally there are too many cars for the space available to park them, and the only permanent solution is a reduction in the number of cars being parked. Is there anything in your / their deeds about this? That's what I'd check first.2 -
We tried that first, but give an inch......Grizebeck said:Have a proper chat over tea and biscuits/cakes etc first0 -
And this is a core problem in built up areas. Pretty certain there is nothing in our deeds that comments on this, but I'm looking!!Emmia said:I'm not sure what a management company letter will achieve...

Have a read of Kettel v Bloomfold
That case held that a previous provision for a disabled person to park could not be removed, or changed to cause detriment. Read some summaries of that authority.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
