Kite Winder Stairs
CLM2023
Just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before; we are building a double storey side extension with the entrance to that being were the window currently is on the right. The problem being the stairs curving to the left and being awkward going to the right unlike a standard square stairs/landing. We need to make sure it meets building regulations. Any advice would be great.

What have your builders said? It doesn't look too difficult. Introduce two full turns, left and right. Replace the first winder with a landing and cut the last stair or two into the left hand side. Build a mirror image on the right. It may create a small bulkhead downstairs but won't affect head height.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
