Could also be worth posting on a local Freecyle or similar group that allows wanted posts, asking if anyone has a part bag of cement they don't need. I've bought bags of cement a few times for jobs at home, and it's too easy to end up with a quarter or half bag that ends up sitting somewhere until it's useless and gets thrown out. Given the massive carbon emissions involved in cement manufacture, it's well worth making sure the whole bag gets used while it's still good!
