Hey all,
I need to quickly request an official copy of the register of title from HM land registry for my flat. I am aware of scams and I know you can order it via the post from the HM land registry.
Does anyone know of any legitimate online ways of ordering it?
Thanks

You can download a copy of property, proprietorship & charges registers provided it's registered.

I assume this is leasehold? Use the gov.uk site to obtain the deeds for £3 online.
There is a link to form OC2, which you have to post, cost £7 per documentThe person who has not made a mistake, has made nothing0 -
