Total stupidity on the part of Openreach as they do not have the ability to install digital services promptly.

We have been without a phone for four months so far because they refused to connect our existing copper line, but they have shown no sign of being able to install an alternative.

I would suggest that the BT directors need to be put on minimum wage rather than draw their current inflated salaries.
